Designing and production of a robot system as a prototype requires knowledge and coordinated work. All these processes just can be realized with working in partnership of the such as mechanical, electronic and computer branches of engineering science. In this thesis, a robot prototype that its first aim is cleaning a window or can be determined according to the user?s request and its software can be developed, has been designed with structure of a cartesian coordinate by the existing facilities at very low cost. The robot to be used in daily life as well as the existing building design and software changes are made, its current structure is quite promising. Keywords : Glass, cartesian coordinate, robot, design, software.
