Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of female academics' glass ceiling syndrome on their perceptions of organisational justice. In this study, the general survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The study group consisted of 86 female academics working in the sports science faculties of the Aegean Region in 2024, who were determined by the purposive sampling method and agreed to participate in the study voluntarily. To measure participants' perceptions of organisational justice, the "Organisational Justice Scale" developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Yıldırım (1996) was used. To measure participants' glass ceiling syndrome, the glass ceiling syndrome scale developed by Öztürk (2011) was used. The data collection technique used in the study was the questionnaire technique, one of the quantitative research methods. The data obtained in the study were analysed using the SPSS 27.0 programme. The results of the study revealed that the glass ceiling syndrome has a negative effect on the perception of organisational justice.
