Abstract (EN)
In this study, electrochemical behaviours of drug active compounds, namely Sulfamethoxazole, was investigated using modified glassy carbon electrode and bare glassy carbon electrode by voltammetric techniques like cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, chronocoulometry, choronoamperometry. Besides, using the voltammetric datas were calculated the number of electrons transferred and their diffusion coefficients surface concentrations of the adsorbed molecules and the probable electrochemical mechanism were proposed. The drug active compounds Sulfamethoxazole was determined using glassy carbon electrode and bare glassy carbon electrode by comparing the results to each other.
