Abstract (EN)

In this study we collected some Ceramium Roth, (1797) samples from Ceramiales Oltmanns, (1904) order fort his study from Dardanelle (Turkey). Such as Ceramium ciliatum (Ellis) Ducluzeau var. ciliatum, Ceramium ciliatum var. robustrum (J. Agardh) G. Mazoyer, Ceramium rubrum var. rubrum (Huds) J.Ag, Ceramium rubrum var. barbatum G. Feldmann-Mazoyer, Ceramium rubrum var. implexo-contortum (Solier) G. Feldmann-Mazoyer, Ceramium siliquosum (Kützing) Maggs & Hommersend var. siliquosum, Ceramium siliquosum var. elegans (Roth) G. Furnari, Ceramium siliquosum var. zostericola (Feldmann-Mazoyer) Furnari ve Ceramium siliquosum var. zostericola f. minusculum (Feldmann-Mazoyer) Gomez-Garreta, Gallardo, Ribera, Cormaci, Furnari, Giaccone & Boudouresque. The examples were colected coasts of Gelibolu, Eceabat Çanakkale Merkez, Kilitbahir, Yapıldakaltı and Lapseki. In this study, between 2009-2010.Aim of the study to be formed a phylogenetic tree using some molecular thecniques in addition to morphological, anatomical, cytological and chemical analyses were proliferated rbcL gene regions of the samples collected for this purpose and a phylogenetic tree was created according to the results of the analysis. In the result of the study while phylogenetic analyses of Ceramium siliquosum var. zostericola and Ceramium siliquosum var. siliquosum were them morphological analyses, other taxa phylogenetic analyses of were similar to the their morphological analyses.
