The considering of variety change project applicated in Canakkale Bayramic province and determining some pomological parameters of new table grape variety

In this research, the adaptation of some table grape varieties including the variety change project that has been started in Çanakkale Bayramiç district was carried out. For this purpose, some pomological and phonological parameters of Alphonse Lavallée and Cardinal varieties that has been mostly used in Yassıbağ, Üzümlü and Serhat provinces were determined where project is most intensively enforced. In this context, phonological parameters such as bud break date, bloom date, veraison date, weight of 100 fruit, soluble solids content (SSC), % titratable acidity (TA) and maturity index were fixed. On the other hand, a survey research has been materialized with the wine growers that have big productions on the named districts. According to the results of survey research, Alphonse Lavallée and Cardinal were found the most positive and auspicious varieties for the region as the views of wine growers. The education studies in the region will benefit in terms of succeeding the project.
