Özet (EN)
In this study, vitamin D levels were investigated in Canine Distemper Virus-infected and healthy dogs of both sexes, different age groups and breeds with acute or subacute symptoms brought to private clinics in and around Antalya. A total of 40 dogs, 20 in the study group and 20 in the control group, were evaluated. Examples Savant brand Beijing Biotechnology Co. Ltd. It was tested with test kits developed for the quantitative determination of 25-OH- D3 levels in serum plasma or blood samples, such as 25-OH- D3. When vitamin D values were compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was found to be statistically insignificant (P>0,05). As a result, it is thought that nutrition and accommodation may be effective in vitamin D levels independently of the disease. Further research on this issue may be beneficial.
