Özet (EN)
The dosimetric characteristics of any TL material mainly depend on the sensitivity, energy response and the kinetic parameters quantitatively describing the trapping emitting centers responsible for the TL emission. Thus, a reliable dosimetric study of a thermoluminescent material should be based on a good knowledge of its kinetic parameters. Evaluation of kinetic parameters, i.e. the activation energy Ea of the traps involved in the TL emission, the kinetic order b, and the frequency factor s, associated with the glow peaks. CaSO4:Dy (TLD 900) is a well-known TLD material with an excellent tissue equivalence of human. It is used in practice for personnel dose monitoring in various branches. It is known commercially under the trademark TLD-900. In the given study, the additive dose (AD), variable heating rate (VHR), peak shape (PS), three point method (TPM), and computerized glow deconvolution (CGCD) methods were used to determine the kinetic parameters glow peaks of CaSO4:Dy (TLD- 900) . The results of the analysis have shown that TLD-900 has a first order glow peak of Ea=0.68 eV at 225 oC.
