Abstract (EN)
Roof tiles are designed mainly to keep out rain and are traditionally made from locally available metarials such as clay and slate. Since ancient times, the architectural structures are used as roof covering. In this thesis, the physical and chemical properties of tiles as roofing metarials, types, preparation of row metarials to dispatch of metarials, in production process and application were investigated. In addition, a literature researched earlier arguments made by using the tiles in the metarial development process was followed and the cost analysis comparision was made by other coating metarials.
