Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to examine that in the event of a conflict in which white-collar individuals live with their colleagues, to determine which types of conflict management approaches they prefer, and to investigate the relationship between employees' job satisfaction, career satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention using the structural equation model with preferred conflict management approaches (problem solving, obliging, dominating, avoiding and compromising strategy). Moreover, to determine if the variables used in the survey show any differences according to demographic and control variables (eg. tenure, total experience, wage, position, number of employees, type of enterprises). As a result of the study, of which the universe of the research constitutes only white collar people in the private sector enterprises that are registered in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone, it was found that employees who prefer problem solving strategy more frequently have high job satisfaction levels. It was found out that employees who prefer the problem solving and dominating strategy have high levels of job performance, employees who prefer the problem solving strategy tend to have lower average turnover intentions, employees who prefer the compromising strategy tend to have higher average turnover intentions. It was seen that as the job satisfaction levels of the employees increase, both the career satisfaction and job performances of them will also increase, none the less, turnover intention of the employees is decreasing. It has been determined that while job satisfaction has full mediation role on the relationship between problem solving strategy and career satisfaction, it has partial mediation role on job performance
