Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly we have obtained an upper bounds for the spectral norms of Cauchy-Toeplitz matrix and Cauchy-Hankel matrix respectively. Moreover, we have obtained an upper bounds for spectral and norms of Hadamard product of this matrices. Similarly, we have defined following matrices respectively, and we have found an upper bounds for norms of this matrices and Hadamard product of these matrices. In addition, we have obtained a bounds for norms of Hankel matrix. In addition, we have obtained a bounds for norms of Hankel matrix. It was defined by Bozkurt Hankel matrix ,we have obtained an upper bounds for the spectral and norms of these matrices.
