Access to information about the debtor and his assets in forced execution

Access to information about the debtor and his assets is important in terms of the progress of the execution. Within the scope of this study, it has been tried to examine the possibility of access to information about the debtor and his assets under various classifications. In the first part of the study, the basics of access to information is discussed under the headings of notion, historical development, the connection with some fundamental rights, and some recent developments regarding the effectiveness of the enforcement. In the second part of the study, the scope and the content of access to information is tried to be evaluated ac-cording to subject, person and time divisions. In the last part of the study, tools to increase the efficiency of access to information and some specific situations regarding access to information were examined.
