Celal Esad Arseven's life

Celal Assad was enrolled in the "Zadegan" class of the Military Academy in 1891 with the insistence of his uncle and the will of the Sultan from the Sanayi-i Nefise School, which he voluntarily enrolled. After his graduation, Celal Assad, one of Abdulhamit's aide, had a short military life. II. Celal Esad, who resigned from office after the Constitutional Monarchy, wrote various articles and conducted some art and archeology researches. He officiated as the Municipality Director of Kadıköy, and taught architecture history and urbanism courses at Sanayi-i Nefise Mektebi and officiated as a deputy for two terms. Celal Esad, who was interested in cinema and music and has a lot of theater plays, has published an archaeological city plan that showing the places of Byzantine and Turkish period works in Istanbul and published a magazine named Kalem, wrote studies on Istanbul history and old buildings and art history, art history dictionaries and a great art encyclopedia, especially his watercolor paintings exhibited many times. Celal Esad, who has all the titles of administrator, urbanist, theater and screenwriter, director, painter, art historian, lecturer, lexicographer, encyclopedia, Celal Assad was the defender of Turkish Istanbul against Byzantine Istanbul; the existence of Turkish art independent from Arab and Iran.
