Abstract (EN)
People's daily life very important in the iron and steel products, the necessary precautions, unless quickly corroded to their intended use and can not afford is becoming, life safety endangered, and environmental pollution is caused. The widespread use of iron and steel products in the field, to extend their lives by protecting their assets, prevent the waste of resources because of the surface against corrosion by painting or by coating is used. However, staining for a limited period of protection, galvanizing and other coating methods can provide much longer protection.Galvanizing;- Coating techniques in the metallurgical bond of the steel structure has been penetrated.- During the use of any harmful effects to humans or the environment do not exist.- Does not require maintenance.- Over 50 years of service life is the ideal coating method. In this study examined whether the hot dip galvanizing, the steel of different chemical compositions, different times and temperatures, coated, coating thicknesses were measured and evaluated.
