Importance of safety and safety in steel structures

Occupational health and safety is a matter that is of great importance for the direct health of the individual and requires both individual and institutional measures to be taken. Steel structures are also a subject that needs to be addressed much more pre-cisely because the rate of work accidents is high. Within the scope of the research, the measures to be taken in the name of work health and safety in the steel structures, the precaution and personal protective equipment are mentioned. In the first part of the research, the definition of work health and safety, its elements, its importance, benefits and personal protective equipment are included The legislation carried out in the name of health and safety in the world and Turkey is the second part of the study were discussed, and the place has been given to removing laws. In the third and final part of the study, analyzes were carried out in the direction of the data obtained with the participation of the individuals working in the steel structures and the findings were obtained and the study was completed.
