Abstract (EN)
In this study, the rules of calculations and the rules of design for the earthquake resistant steel buildings, that are the part of The Regulations About the Structures to be Built in Disaster Regions and The Regulations About the Buildings to be Built in Earthquake Regions, have been compared. A steel building, which has eight floor, has been analysed for two regulations. In this building the earthquake load is carried from frames and concentrically braced frames.
