Values education in Cengiz Dağci's novels

Cengiz Dağcı Dağcı [9 March 1919 (Gurzuf) - 22 September 2011(Londra)]; is a veterian Tatarian Turkish author who was extremely loyal to Turkish culture and even his last days he spends his days to write a novel which includes Turkish historical background and also pattern of Turkish culture was born in Crimea. He knucled down to his career typing his first fiction Korkunç Yıllar (1956). Hereafter he has spends his life to recount his keepsakes and vestigial of his keepsakes. "Ötüken Neşriyat" collected his notes that the writer plans to print and converted them into a book. Even after his death Cengiz Dağcı left novels which are already ripe to print as a herritage. Dağcı's novels takes part as a historical document which includes a qualification of both the system that effects the World with a perspective of politic and economic situation during the World War II and also it takes a part as being a guide the Tatarian Turkish people who was imigrated by force from Crimea. Instead of telling only truth writer adds his imagination into his creation which makes him much more famous all around the World. The thing that leads him to have success both his simple language and the notion that is almost forgotten in society which is called "value". In this study we focused on the notion of 'value' which creates the main subjects of Cengiz Dağcı's novels. These are: Onlar da İnsandı, Korkunç Yıllar, Yurdunu Kaybeden Adam, İhtiyar Savaşçı, Benim Gibi Biri, Üşüyen Sokak, Ölüm ve Korku Günleri, Biz Beraber Geçtik Bu Yolu, Dönüş, Yoldaşlar, O Topraklar Bizimdi, Badem Dalına Asılı Bebekler, Anneme Mektuplar, Regina, Genç Timuçin. In these novels also studied politic, social, moral, economic, scientific, religional (ecclesiastical) and aesthetic notions.
