Abstract (EN)
This thesis study was planned and applied as a predictive research with the aim of examining the role of the working environment in the effect of the impunity faced by surgical nurses on the intention of leaving the job. The sample of the research was created by 280 nurses who worked in the surgical units of two public hospitals located in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul and voluntarily agreed to participate in the research. As a data collection tool in the research; with the Personal Information Form created by the researcher, Nursing Job Index-Assessment of the Nursing Working Environment Scale, Nursing Disability Scale and Nurse Intent to Leave Work Scale. In the analysis of the research; Independent Sampling T Test, One Way Variance Analysis, Pos Hoc Tukey test, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Process Macro (Model 4) were used. As a result of the research; Nursing Disability Scale overall score average of 124,70±30,02, Nursing Business Index-Assessing Nursing Working Environment The overall score average is 2,40±0,50, Nurse Find 7 points There was a statistically positive and meaningful relationship between the impudence faced by surgical nurses and the intention to leave work (P<0,001). A statistically negative and significant association was found between the impudence faced by surgical nurses and the assessment of the working environment (P<0,001). A statistically positive and significant association was found between the intention of the surgical nurses to leave work and the assessment of the working environment (P<0,001). It has been determined that the impurity encountered by surgical nurses is the instrument of the working environment under the influence of the intention of leaving the job
