Antimicrobial effects of extracts of mushroom on microorganisms

Abstract (EN)

In this study, antimicrobial effects and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of essentil oil of some mushroom species (Agaricus bisporus, Lactarius deliciosus and Pleurotus ostreatus) were studied to four pathogenic bacteria of fish (Citrobacter freundii, Edwardsiella tarda, Lactococcus gravicae and Yersinia ruckeri), which grow in the Kastamonu. Agaricus bisporus from excessive foaming and overflow with the water / steam distillation method can not be obtained as an essential oil. It was determined that Citrobacter freundii, Edwardsialla tarda, Lactococcus garvieae and Yersinia ruckeri bacteria with 250, 500 and 1000 μL doses of esan oil from Lactarius deliciosus and Pleurotus ostreatus did not show antimicrobial activity against 106 cfu mL-1 doses. The antimicrobial activities of the extracts and essential oils obtained from the fungus are believed to vary according to biotic and abiotic factors.
