Abstract (EN)

In this study, preconcentration conditions of Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions for Biosorbent immobilized on Amberlit XAD-4, Methacrylic acid and stiren of polymer by solid phase extraction method were investigated. The determination of the trace metal ions was carried out by atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of pH, flow rate and volume of sample solution on the recovery of the studied ions was investigated. The developed method with Nutshell immobilized on Amberlite XAD-4 mixture Cu to 10 times, 40 times for Cd nut shell immobilized on Amberlite XAD-4 mixture Cu to 10 times, 10 times for Cd Siirt peanut shell immobilized on Amberlite XAD-4 in the mixture for the Cu 60 times, 60 times for Cd Almond shells immobilized on Amberlite XAD-4 to Cu 10 times in the mixture; walnut hulls has been immobilized (methacrylic acid + styrene) in a mixture Cu of 40 times. The reproducibility of the recovery yields for 3 try again in optimum conditions Method (precision), Cu for the level of walnut shell with 95% confidence 98,50% ± 3,89 for Cd 100,00 ± 4.57, Siirt peanut Shell for Cu 98,43 ± Cd 3,76 to 98,76 ± 4,11, 98,96 ± 0,12 Cd ,nut shell for Cu to 98,33 ± 0,83, 98,87 and 1,85 Cd for the almond shell, walnut shell has been immobilized methacrylic acid + Styrene mixture was found to be for Cu 99,89 ± 2,83 to 100,00 ± 2,30 Cd fort he almount. . The developed method Tap Water, Waste Water, Lake Van, Water, Salt Wells (Erbine), Billoris spring water samples were applied to the determination of metal ions studied
