Abstract (EN)
In this study, Li2B4O7:Cu,Ag,P sample is used. Sample is measured by usingthermoluminescence technique. Thermoluminescence is a very sensitive technique which records thechanging error concentrations in insulators. This study examined changes between the intensity ofradiation and temperature from Li2B4O7:Cu,Ag,P thermoluminescence material irradiated with X-rayand Hg lamp. After that, sample placed in a room made from aluminum block and data on changingradiation intensity and temperature (glow curve) collected by using a computer. Collected data isorganized by using axum software. From the obtained curves, radiation dose which affects materialobserved. It is determined that there are two peaks in sample at 100 and 200 ºC. Behavior of thosepeaks examined under different irradiation times.
