Çevik araştırma geliştirme yazılım projelerinin çok kriterli karar verme yaklaşımları ile değerlendirilmesi

Today, adapting the agile project management techniques to research and development projects is vital for companies. This research identifies critical success factors for the agile software development projects, as well as the areas where agile businesses should focus their efforts. There exists limited research in the literature examining the impact of critical success factors on the outcomes of research and development projects. In this study, critical success factors in the agile software development processes are investigated, and a group of them is selected for the assessment. The project outputs considered in the study are "scope", "time", "cost", "satisfaction of business partners", "quality", and "addressing organizational requirements". Each project output is handled as an evaluation criterion and critical success factors are considered as alternatives, and a questionnaire is applied to the experts in the field. By applying SWARA method, weights of the project outputs are determined. By utilizing these weights, the critical success factors are ranked by TOPSIS and MOORA methods. As a result, "correct determination of the scope and constraints of the project" is observed as the most important success factor.
