Abstract (EN)

It is aimed to examine the relationship between agile leadership and team goal commitment in R&D manufacturing enterprises located in the TR 33 Region. In addition, the moderating effect of the age demographic variable on this relationship is also a subject of research. As a result of the thesis, the literature on the increasing importance of the concept of agile leadership, which is a post-modern leadership approach, in parallel with today's vuca environment has been examined and suggestions are made on the importance of being agile in terms of managers and leaders in enterprises while preserving the importance of the concept of agile leadership. Agile leadership, Agile Management Systems, Agile Organizations are currently important concepts in the business world. It is thought that the thesis will make significant contributions to the literature in this respect. In the present study, which aims to examine the effect of agile leadership on team goal commitment and the moderating role of the age factor on this effect, it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship when the relationship between agile leadership and its dimensions and team goal commitment is evaluated. As a result of the regression analysis conducted depending on this relationship, it is understood that agile leadership generally affects team goal commitment (p=,000), and this effect is significant at the 0.01 level. When the effect of the dimensions of agile leadership on team goal commitment is examined; it is understood that the competence dimension (p=,029) has a significant effect at the 0.05 level, and the team focus dimension (p=,000) has a significant effect at the 0.01 level. Thus, it is revealed from the evaluation of the obtained data that the competent and team focus characteristics of agile leadership affect team goal commitment. As a result of the research, it has been shown that; Agile Leadership increases (positively strengthens) Team Goal Commitment. The positive relationship between the two variables regulates this relationship in employees with lower ages. (As age decreases, the curve becomes steeper, the slope increases and the effect on the Agile Leadership and Team Goal Commitment relationship increases) So much so that; As age decreases, the Agile Leadership and Team Goal Commitment relationship increases and becomes stronger.
