Özet (EN)
In this study, anatomical studies were performed to examine the effects of environmental factors on Corylus maxima Mill. taxon wood belonging to Betulaceae members growing in the Black Sea Region. The wood samples for investigation have been taken altitude 0-500 m from Artvin, Rize, Trabzon, Giresun, Ordu, Samsun, Sinop, Kastamonu, Bartın, Zonguldak, Düzce, Sakarya and Kocaeli to reveal anatomical datas. The anatomical characters of wood samples and anatomical differences between each other are basis of our research. In anatomical structure, trahes (tangential and radial diameters, lengthes of vessel elements and the number of vessels per mm2), rays (number of ray per mm, length and width of ray), fibers (length of fiber, width of fiber, width of lumen, fiber wall thickness), axial parenchyma and pseudorays have been researched. All results of datas have been analyzed with statistical methods.
