THE EFFECT OF WOOD KINDS AND CONSTICTION ON DIAGONAL LOADS IN THE FRAME CONSRUCTED DOORS (M. Sc. Thesis) TUNCAY KAP GAZİ ÜNİVERSTY INSTUTE OF SCİENCE June 1999 ABSTRACT In this study, tensile and strength of comer construction of the doors hand been the researched. In the experients four different wood kinds had been used. The moisture proportion of the experiment speciments which used in experiments is about %12. Result of investigetion ome out after 320 tensile and strength applications. In construction of the speciments polivinilasetat had been used as glue. When the results had taken in consideration, the kind of the material which would be convenient for the door frame had been investigated. In the wiew of the construction the type which is best for strength had been fasted.
