Responsibility of the administration for the protection of the environment due to law enforcement activities

Article 56 of the 1982 Constitution states that everyone has the right to live in a healthy and balanced environment; the protection and development of the environment is regulated as the common duty of the state and citizens. Therefore, both the administration and the individuals are under obligation. However, the main responsibility for ensuring the protection and development of the environment is administration. This study aims to address the responsibility of the administration due to the damages caused to the people while conducting the law enforcement activities for the protection of the environment.
