The role of white energy in environmental protection and its judicial review

The term of environment is correlated with plenty of areas such as physical, chemical, biological, sociological and medical areas and it is also related to whole creatures in the World. When the environmental problem occurs, ıt poses a threat to the balance in the World. All the creatures are likely to be affected negatively. Most known reason why the balance in the World is broken and environmental problems arise from is environmental pollution. There is a lot of different types of pollution, therefore solution like renewable energy sources are on the agenda. In this work, environmental problems which become more important day by day, environmental pollution, climate change, and principles of environmental law, environment legislations and alternative solutions for the environmental problems will be analyzed elaborately. In addition to these, the provisions of the environmental law and some judicial decisions will be discussed and the topic of this work will be materialized. Lastly, renewable energy sources which may solve the environmental problems and types of renewable energy are addressed. The legislations and legal terms related to this energy will be searched.
