Trial in the criminal procedure law

The trial period in the criminal procedure law is at the heart of reasoning activities. Because theaim of reaching the material reality which constitutes the main purpose of the criminal procedure and the solution of the criminal dispute is possible during the trial period as a result of the court's trial. Inaddition, all the evidence to be revealed and discussed, the judge's direct contact with the evidence, the parties do not say all the contradictory reasoning with the reasoning is taking place in the trial period and the trial period ends with the provision of a manifestation of the material truth. Thus, the court's judgment terminates both the trial and the criminal dispute. Since thetrial is at thecenter of the criminal proceedings, the aim of the sections of the proceedings from the proceedings to the hearings is to provide a quicker, more fair and successful trial. The stages following the hearing period are carried out for the correction of the errors in the clause. In this respect in the law of reasoning, a good understanding of the trial period, the assimilation of the principles of the hearing, the elimination of the problems that will arise in practice, will allow the hearings to be held in a fairer and healthier manner. Within the scope of our thesis subject in trial in criminal procedure law, the basic concepts of criminal procedure, the start, execution and conclusion of the trial are discussed in detail. In the last section, the subject of the trial in the Supreme Court, the appeal trial and the trial in the Constitutional Court were examined.
