Abstract (EN)
The subject of this study is molecular genetic examinations in Criminal Procedure Law. In this study, it is aimed to comprehend the place of molecular genetic examinations in Criminal Procedure Law and to evaluate the consequence of the obtained molecular genetic data. The subject is explained under two chapters: in the first chapter, the place of molecular genetic examinations are determined in Criminal Procedure Law, In The Second Chapter, the consequence of the obtained data as a result of molecular genetic examinations is evaluated and then molecular genetic examinations are discussed in the context of fundamental rights and freedoms.
