The protection of aggrieved person in penal procedure code

Aggrieved person, in accordance to devoloping The Penal ProcedurCode, are studied in detail in this thesis. This thesis has got two main part.In first part we try to explain the meaning of aggrieved person and historicaldevolopment. We touch on the international studiesin this part. In this partwe explain the theories about aggrieved person and methods of protection.In last part we study on the systematic of Turkish penal system aboutaggrieved person and conditions in new codes.In this thesis our aim is attracting attention on aggrieved person, theclassical crime theory ignores aggrieved person. In general crıme theoryrealize this subject recent times. Development in this are must increase.Thisis our hope.
