Abstract (EN)

Concepts such as fundamental rights and freedoms, human rights, individual rights and freedoms are of great importance in world history. The most fundamental basis of a democratic and modern society is to respect human rights. Thus, fundamental rights and freedoms gain an international dimension, out of the fact that states are only a matter of domestic law. However, fundamental rights and freedoms must first be protected within the borders of the states. The main duty of the states is to protect the rights of the people living in the country. He has always emphasized the importance of the development and protection of fundamental rights and freedoms in the CHP. Because, he stated that the rights and freedoms included in the party programs correspond to the concrete value that the party's ideology has built on it. In the study, the relationship between the fundamental rights and freedoms in the party programs of the CHP and the conjuncture was examined and the relevance of the promises of the CHP on the subject to the time was revealed.
