Abstract (EN)
Today, anticorrosion necessities are increasing day by day for the industries such asautomotive, aerospace, metal coating and marine. In order to provide solutions fordeveloping demand, new alternatives for coating chemicals are needed.In this study it is tried to obtain a Zn-Ni alloy, that has a bright appearence and good anti-corrosion resistance. For this reason, tetraethylene pentamine as a complexan and triethanoleamine as a surface active are preferred, additionally Golpanol PPS and Golpanol PME areselected for the brightness of the coating and then finally optimal proportion of thecompositions are calculated. Obtained composition is analysed by X-Ray Dal Equipment todetermine thickness and Zn-Ni ratio of coating. It is established that the Zn-Ni alloys whichinclude Ni with a range of 12-14 %, have great coating performance.
