The effect of semiconductor oxide supplement on the characteristics of zinc oxide-carbon nanotube composite

Abstract (EN)

In this study, Zinc oxide matrix with carbon nanotube reinforced composite were produced and the composite material Fe2O3, CdO and TiO2 powders doped to ZnO-CNT composite material. CNTs which were used as reinforcement materials were synthesized CVD method. This synthesized CNTs were subjected to TEM's investigation. On the other hand the products which were obtained semiconductor oxide reinforcement material investigated with SEM as structural. After that obtained composites were measured according to changed both electrical conductivity and temperature. By taking samples Uv-Vis spectrometers were identified optical properties. As a result of the produced composites' electrical measurement based on temperature; according to different rates doped to ZnO-CNT composites have better electrical properties than undoped ZnO-CNT composites. It was clear at the and of the measurements it was identfied doped semiconductor powders reinforcement ZnO-CNT composites material have better electrical and optical properties than undoped ZnO-CNT composite materials.
