Özet (EN)

Aim: In this study the aim is comparison between 12-18 ages sexually abused children's family attitudes and family functions with the control group. Method: This study is a quantitative study that applying between 12-18 ages sexually abused 98 children and similar to according to age and gender 196 children. Family Assessment Device, Family Attitudes Scale, Social-Demographic Survey and special to sexual abuse information form are data collection instruments. Data's processed and analyzed via SPSS for Windows 25.0 and Stata 14.0 program. Findings: In this study is identified that cases group's family functions were worse than control group's; in terms of family attitudes comparison case and control groups': at "protective attitude" extent was medium, at "democratic attitude"and "authoritative attitude" extent and at summ attitude scores were high differences. Cases have unhealthier family function and more authoritative family attitude. Conclusion: Unhealthy family function and authoritative family attitude increases the risk of sexual abuse. Starting from child and ongonig to family social work intervention needs in unhealthy family systems and unhealthy family attitudes environments.
