Protection of the child's personal data

In the historical development of personal data, with the increase in the use of social media and the internet and becoming popular, people related to it have started to process their personal data on the internet. This is not only limited to name and surname, but also by processing many personal data such as photo, phone number, voice, image, TR number, bank card number. For the reasons stated, children suffer damage because they do not perceive how their personal data can be processed like adults, do not realize the dangers, or do not know that they need to intervene before and after. In my work, like adults, children need to be carefully protected. For this reason, in my study, the regulations on the protection of the child in both national and international law are discussed.
