Özet (EN)
In our study, between July 2003 and December 2007 Clinical Orthopedics and Traumatology, Celal Bayar University, at least 36 patients with supracondylar humeral fractures in the 36-month follow-up to last responded to our call was made from the retrospective analysis of 22 patients.Looking at gender distribution in our study of 22 patients 11 (50%) were female, 11 (50%) were males. Their ages ranged from 3 years to 12 years. The mean age was found to be 7:45. Left 14 patients, 8 patients had a broken right-side extremities.Of these patients, 2 of them are present along the fractures of the distal radius fracture closed yrleştirme and 1 each underwent internal fixation with Kirschner wires. There was no complication. While the dominant hand of 20 patients, 2 of them right taraftı dominant left hand. Closed fracture patients, 21 of them, 1 of them had open fractures and associated brachial artery injury, as assessed Gustillo Anderson-type 3C. Supracondylar humeral fracture in this patient volumes, open placement and wiring, repair of brachial artery using a saphenous vein graft was performed. Extension 20 of the patients, 2 of them had a flexion-type fractures.Falling on the floor 13 of our patients, we found 9 of them occurred in the fracture as a result of falls from height. Spring summer 13 of the patients, 9 of them were referred to our clinic in the autumn winter period.Looking at the duration of the patients received surgery within 6 hours of 13 patients, 4 patients in the first 12 hours, 4 patients in the first 48 hours and 7 days after the formation of a fracture patients admitted to our clinic and were operated on. 16 of them off the placement of the patients, 6 of them were treated by open-wire placement, and skin. One of them developed cubitus varus. Length of stay in hospital for at least 1 day to 15 days. Average 2.72 days. In one of our patients due to the formation of open fractures, and brachial artery injury was followed by 15 days in service. The mean follow-up period 59.45 months (36-89 months) was observed.Given the functional criteria of Flynn in 19 patients (86.36%) excellent, 2 patients (9.09%) good, 1 patient (4.54%) were assessed as poor. Cosmetics in 18 patients (81.81%) excellent, 3 patients (13.63%) good, and 1 patient (4.54%) were assessed as moderate.A wide range of motion hastanında by a solid elbow to 20 degrees is more functional limitations evaluated as a bad angle.Pediatric supracondylar humerus fractures are the most common fractures of the distal radius fractures. This is due to the frequent occurrence and location of anatomical features of supracondylar humeral fractures in a trauma should be treated in experienced hands. Looking at the results of supracondylar humerus fractures with the literature we have done and we have observed that successful results can be considered excellent and good rates.
