Abstract (EN)
Millions children around the world go to work instead of to school. Naturally children needs protection legally, physically, psyhologically andsocially. Of course the working environment of children should differ from adult?s. Child employement is due to the poverty and it cause the continuation of poverty. Working of a child may cause uneducating, phisical and mental problems, in conclusion there can be some problems which can not be solved easily in societies. As it can be understood, the causes and problems of children?s working are multidimentional and it is not possible to eliminate these causes and problems in a short time period.Nowadays, the need for the protection and not being worked of children are more highly believed than before in the world. With the help of EU pracess our country managed to make very important change legally and practically for protection of children. But it is also necassary that these steps should be backed with good practice and inspections.The aim of this study is to determine the existent situation and the problems of the existing work capasitiy of children and and also to find out the lows that ar applied.There must be an international cooperation and agreement to eliminate every forms of child labour.However the national governments,non-govermental organizations and other related units must also be effective at the national level.
