Abstract (EN)

Purpose: We aim to plan to explore provide durgs depth of anesthesia for pediatric elective surgery, comparison of sevoflurane consumption and influence on hemodynamic parameters.Method: 60 children aged from 3 to 10 years and ASA 1-2 were included in elective surgery which take time more than 1 hour. For our study we get, ethic committee of the faculty?s and parent?s approval. After monitoring the patients they allocated in two gruops and anestheasia was induced by %7 sevoflurane.In Group 1 anesthesia was maintained by sevoflurane at MAC %0.5-2. In group 2 after the induction, 0.5 mc/kg remifentanil given in 1 minute and maintained by sevoflurance at MAC %0.5-2 and 0,25 µ/kg/dk remifentanil infusion. In each group peroperative BIS, heart rate, sevofluran, otonomic reflex like tears, cough, sweating and strain recorded in every 5 minutes.Result: In all measurement we determined group 2?s heart rate lower than group 1 (p<0,05) however there were no difference in sistolic and diastolic blood presure between two gruops (p>0,05). In our study we determine gruop 1?s endtidal sevofluran values higher than group 2 (p<0,001) and group 2?s BIS values higher than group 1 (p<0,05). We did not found any otonomic reflexes in patients consequently this parameter did not evaluated statistical.Conclusion: In our study, group 2?s BIS values higher than group 1 but group 2?s endtidal sevofluran values lower than group 1 . We determined remifentanilin did not influence BIS value just decrease hemodinamic parameters.Key words: Bispectral index, sevofluran, remifentanil.
