Abstract (EN)
The objective of this thesis is to develop a multifunction converter circuit that can beused in power electronic applications. The circuit enables the user to test differenttopologies quickly. It can also be used in undergraduate and graduate programpower electronics experiments. Switching signals are generated by a microcontrollerand these signals are used to switch appropriate number of power semiconductors ofan intelligent power module. Several topologies can be obtained by adding externalcomponents to the circuit.Classical buck, boost, half-bridge and full-bridge DC-DC converters can be operatedin the designed circuit. Also, by adding proper peripheral components PWM inverterand PWM rectifier can be obtained.Key Words : PWM, DC/DC Converters, Intelligent Power Modules
