Abstract (EN)
In this thesis ,information that is hidden on DNA, was carried out by helping of genetic algorithm. Bringing out the hidden pattern is important for genetics. There are a lot of methods that is searchıng on biological concordance. Most of these methods study to get only one objective. It ıs a necessity to get more than one objective on some problems. In such conditions, the methods don't work out that optize only one objective.The method that is recommended on this thesis, carries out more than one objjective when it is searching motif on DNA. So this method is different from the others that was developed before. This developed algorithm offers the best solutions that depended on multiple input parameters. It arrenges the amout of the affecting factors auotomatically.We get more optimal solutions with this developed methods on searching very good hidden motifs on DNA.
