Abstract (EN)
In this study, we focused on assignment of students which enrolled at Anadolu University's distance education system to examination buildings. The studies similar to undertaken problem are investigated under the head of educational timetabling. After literature research multi objective mixed-integer nonlinear mathematical model is developed to solve the problem and the solution of the mathematical model is examined. Mathematical model has been found inadequate because students-examination building assignment which is belong to Anadolu University Open Education system is a large size real life problem. Starting from this point of view, an order-based multiobjective heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the problem. The obtain solutions by the proposed algorithm are compared with the solution obtained by the mathematical modelling and the out of existing system.
