Abstract (EN)
In today's dynamic global business environment, multinational network businesses face unique challenges in building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships. To overcome this complexity, these organizations are increasingly turning to relationship marketing practices as a strategic imperative. This paper examines the profound effects of relationship marketing practices on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the context of multinational network businesses. Relationship marketing is a customer-centered approach with a strong emphasis on building long-term connections and creating lasting value. For multinational network businesses, often operating in different cultural, economic and regulatory environments, it is crucial to adapt relationship marketing practices to local needs while maintaining a global brand identity. These practices encompass a range of strategies, including personalized communication, customer segmentation, loyalty programs and socially responsible initiatives. In multinational network businesses, the impact of relationship marketing practices on customer satisfaction and loyalty cannot be ignored. Personalization, segmentation, loyalty programs and social responsibility initiatives play an important role in increasing customer satisfaction. At the same time, consistent brand experiences, quality service and loyalty strategies encourage long-term customer loyalty. In an interconnected world where customers have a multitude of choices, nurturing these relationships through effective relationship marketing is not only an option, but a necessity for global businesses that want to thrive and grow sustainably.
