Abstract (EN)
With the development of technology, online academic journals has become inevitable. This brought along the demands that the contents of the journals transmitted online to publishing house and published from the online platform. Today, there are many systems based on online articles management. In this study, it is aimed to develop an online multi-electronic journal management system (MEJMS) that is parametrically designed with a new functional multi-language support infrastructure by examining the already developed applications and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages. The Multi-Electronic Journal Management System (MEJMS) is a software system that enables the registration, acceptance, editor and referee evaluation processes of submitted articles to be conducted and finalized on an on-line basis for national and international scientific journals. The EDYS allows the author to proceed as fast as possible without the use of postal or printed material until the publication or publication of the article online from the article entry. According to other article acceptance and evaluation methods, it consumes financial resources much less and enables to use fewer human resources. In this thesis study, it is aimed to develop a system fully compatible with new technological processes such as cloud computing by creating web based, multi language support compatible with all browsers.
