Abstract (EN)
Today?s businesses tend to multinationalize mostly as a result of globalization. One of the results of this, is changing team structures and workplaces that becomes multinational. According to studies in literature, feasible management tecnics should be applied for team effectiveness.In this study, the effect of cross-cultural diversities on multinational project teams and the management of these differences has been analiyzed. Firstly, multinational project teams and cross-cultural diversity have been studied, than applications corresponding the management process in teams and the results of these applications have been tried to introduced. For the application of this study, multinational team members who work for a multinational organization, have been interviewed; and the emerging situation has been analyzed in accordance with the literature. As the result, the data that support some managerial applications have been reached and a compherensive analyse has been introduced by the searching data.
