Özet (EN)
The objective of this research was to investigate the rheological parameters, hardened properties, setting times of cement based grouts containing geopolymerized stabilizer (metakaolin (MK), slag(SL)) produced from geopolymerization process (cold bonded) and compare it with cement based grout containing (MK, SL). All mixes were made with water-to-binder ratio (W/B) of 1. The replacement of cement by different stabilizer was varied from 0% to 100% (by mass), and dosages of most stabilizers were varied according to rheological performances. The properties investigated in this study were: rheological properties (apparent viscosity, yield stress and plastic viscosity), fresh states (mini-slump, marsh funnel, bleed capacity and final setting time) and mechanical properties (compressive strength, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity). The results showed that rheological behaviors were affected obviously by surface area, particle size distribution and hydration proses of stabilizers. While strength characteristic affected by dosage rate of MK and hydration process. All stabilizers suspensions behaved as the Bingham fluids and were stable for W/C = 1.0. Results indicate that the use of MK increased yield stress, plastic viscosity and flow time, reduced mini-slump, bleeding ratio and setting times due to the higher surface area associated with an increase in the water demand. MK improved compressive strength at 10% and by mixing with geopolymerized slag stabilizer (GSL). While geopolymerized metakaolin stabilizer (GMK) effect is less than MK and more sufficient fluidity. Whereas the SL and GSL has insignificant change on rheological properties but improved the mechanical properties at 10%, 30% for SL and GSL respectively. Key Words: Grout, rheological, geopolymer, geopolymerized stabilizer, metakaolin, slag
