Abstract (EN)
This work involves developing a system that includes radio frequency (RF) energy that is to be transferred from a specific source at a long distance or that contains high efficiency microwave electronics and antenna equipment for use in a variety of low-power electronic applications, such as by turning the radio frequency (RF) energy available in the environment. It will provide ease of operation in low-power sensor networks, RFID tags, integrated electronics and communication circuits, remote monitoring and control systems, mobile devices, intelligent fields, intelligent energy management, security and defense systems with electromagnetic energy that can be turned and used DC power. In recent years, it has been developed two modules in this project which aimed to be a product of international scale by catching increasingly important RF energy harvesting technology in the world: Rectifier circuit which converts RF energy to DC energy received by RF energy collector antenna. The RF energy harvester unit will independently utilize radio frequencies such as Wi-fi or GSM available in the environment, as well as from the RF power transmitter unit, which will be identified for wireless energy transfer and designed in the ISM band. At the end of the project, a system that can be powered by wireless RF energy and can operate independently from the batteries will be designed. With this system, low-power sensors and similar systems can be operated without requiring an external power source.
