Kant'ın algı kavrayışının Descartes, Locke ve Leibniz üzerinden değerlendirilmesi

The subject matter of this study is the Kantian conception of perception. In this vein, we try to concentrate on the nature and limits of the conceptual determination of the given of sense, to understand the possibility and significance of a sensible perception in the Kantian framework. It aims to place Kantian problems in its context and evaluates the theories of perception of Descartes, Locke and Leibniz with a view to understand Kant?s motivation in arguing for a sensible yet pure intuition in the constitution of experience. In this fashion, it points to the shortcomings of these earlier theories of perception looked through the Kantian problematic of the possibility of experience.
