Eva de Vitray Meyerovitch okumasında Mevlana Celâleddîn Rûmî 'nin insan kavrayışı

The main subject matter and the aim of Islamic Thought and of the sphere of Morality is the moral perfection of man. The principal aim of the doctrine of Mawlana Djelal-ad-dîn Rûmî is to help the human being, who is the very raison d?etre of the universe, attain the highest moral perfection through the selfrecognition of his dignity. This study will deal with Mawlana?s notion of THE PERFECT MAN in reference to the interpretation defended by Meyerovitch. His understanding of the relations between man, universe and God will be given consideration on this axis. In this vein we will try to decipher the meaning and importance of the manner in which Mawlana uses the metaphor of the Mirror to explain the complex relations of reflection and expression in between God and the universe in general and between God and humans in particular.
