Hukuk bilinci: Kadına yönelik şiddet davaları çerçevesinde bir inceleme

This thesis, conducted within the framework of the sociology of law, focuses on the way in which the perception/consciousness of the law emerges in individuals, the complexity of the domain of law and the idea of its close relationship with society. In this research, which can be seen as an examination of the relationship between law and society, it was attempted to reveal how types of perception/consciousness co-exist in cases of violence against women. In addition to the fact that the issue of violence against women is on the agenda all over the world, the fact that it is an ancient problem and that criminal cases on violence against women often create controversy has been effective in determining the study subject. In this context, since the field of study known as "legal consciousness studies" in the literature is suitable for the purpose of our research and can best reveal the issues we want to focus on, we can say that the thesis is shaped within the framework of this field.
