Abstract (EN)
This study is investigate Anti-microbial Activity and GC-MS analysis of cold-pressed oil that extracted from each of Nigella sativa (Çörek Otu), Papaver somniferum (Haşhaş), Prunus amygdales (Acı Badem) and Sesamum indicum (Susam). We tested against: Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus Faecium, Enterococcus Faecalis, Klebsella pneumoniae, bacillus subtilis. Gram negative bacteria: Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella Kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enterocolitis, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens and fungi: Candida albicans.
