Özet (EN)

Actinobacteria are gram-positive micelle bacteria with enormous diversity, common in soil, and high economic value. Actinobacteria isolated from a wide variety of habitats have 47 different families and 711 species identified so far. Increasing forensic studies in recent years show that relevant microbial profiles can be used as evidence. In this study, samples were taken from forest soil exposed to blood for two weeks and isolated from genomic DNA, followed by 16S rRNA PCR amplification and sequence analysis. It is thought that this phylogenetic study, which is carried out to develop the field of forensic microbiology in forensic sciences and crime scene investigations, can be an important reference in interpreting the event.
